Once you complete and submit the application in its entirety and are determined to be pre-qualified then you will be placed on the waitlist and when it is your turn on the list you will be offered a unit. Once letter is received by applicant, interview appointment is made with the property manager. Once interview is complete and applicant is determined to be income eligible, background/credit check is then done. If all comes back well then applicant is asked to come in to sign lease, provide first month's rent and security deposit and get keys. (Paper copy of application is available).
