Greater New Bedford COVID-19 Tenant/Landlord Survey

PACE’s mission is to deliver innovative and effective services to members of the Greater New Bedford community in their pursuit of brighter futures. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought economic hardship on many, with sudden job losses and other factors limiting income. As a result, many have had a hard time meeting their housing expenses. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts placed a moratorium on evictions during this time, and it may be lifted soon.

The purpose of this survey is to better understand the housing needs of TENANTS and LANDLORDS ONLY in the Greater New Bedford region. PACE plans to respond by providing assistance with rent and mortgage arrearages, housing search, and other service coordination and referral to assist those who have been most affected.

If you are NOT a tenant or a landlord, please do not respond to this survey. All information shared will be kept confidential and will not be shared with your tenant/landlord or in any way that would identify individuals.

Your honesty is appreciated! Thank you for taking the time to respond. https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=QVm5bbVbDUCWvNP6ZAVuiPgOivCPV1xNknJ_YOzT1gxURVYyRDJCRVlCQlZaMloyVzYxTFE3SDgxVC4u
