Job Opportunity:


ParentChild+ Program is an evidence-based early literacy, parenting, and school readiness home visiting program. The program is designed to strengthen families and prepare children to succeed in school through building literacy and interactions between parents and their children.

ParentChild+ Early Learning Specialist will conduct outreach to families, possess the ability to work with parent/caregivers, conduct home visits to assigned families twice a week, complete all required paperwork in a timely manner, attend required trainings and participate in weekly team meetings, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required.  Must be able to read and write well enough to complete home session reports, progress evaluations, and read children’s books fluently with the families.  Computer skills are required.  Must be able to pass a CORI & SORI background checks.

SALARY:  $16.00 per hour,35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
